Perhaps Estelle will put up a thread about the search facility. When she posted about emoticons (see first stickied thread), it seems to have been resolved almost immediately.

For JohnLovesFletcheroMadeley

Yes, I agree. Often my search result says 'no one found' and then I find them. Very annoying. Thanks everyone.

Most of us are, Laureli (hopeless with computers). Genes did not spot that last year when they decided to "upgrade" our fun. My big beef is the search facility. Very often I put a name in and search says "no one found" and then I go up through tree and find these "non-existent" rellies eventually. Very annoying!!! :-(

This problem has come up before. The tree match will be underneath your tree, on the original GR page as Det. said.

Your tree opens on a new tab. At the top of your screen will be two tabs - one for your tree and one for whatever is underneath. Click on the one you want to look at and it will come on top.

Is this from your tree? If so, they should open in the original GR window you logged on from.

Other than that, can't help
