Easiest way to eat a Kiwi fruit is to cut the top off and eat it like a boiled egg with a teaspoon, you can scoop the flesh out of the cut of bit too in the same way.

All these lovely ideas for cakes etc are making me hungry, better get off to bed before I raid the fridge I do miss my Mum's chocolate cake,it was scrummy but with me trying to lose weight and o.h. diabetic we don't keep much cake in the house and I don't get round to baking for the same reasons.
