OH was pulled over by a "spotter" police officer, who claimed OH was using his 'phone while driving. |

Challenge it? Surely the onus would be on the police officer to prove that your husband was using the phone whilst driving. Do they not issue fines on the spot over there? |

It can be proved when the phone calls on that phone are made by times etc so if the police log said a certain time and no call was made he should have been ok. |
