Saw one in use today, and was surprised that the user was blowing out what appeared to be smoke, and the aroma was similar to that of a pipe being smoked...... are they legal for public indoor use? |

There are many varieties of style of E cigarettes - and all that is being blown out is steam. The aroma is from the oil that gives the cigarette it's 'taste', of which there are a lot. |

There are now so many versions of these e-ciggies. They're supposed to be indoor legal but pubs still ban them in case it encourages "normal" ciggie smokers to light up. |
