There are now so many versions of these e-ciggies. They're supposed to be indoor legal but pubs still ban them in case it encourages "normal" ciggie smokers to light up.

A lot of them still deliver a goodly dose of nicotine.

There are many varieties of style of E cigarettes - and all that is being blown out is steam. The aroma is from the oil that gives the cigarette it's 'taste', of which there are a lot.
I bought a key-ring type - small and black & silver, for a 2 day train/coach trip to Portugal. Flavour was meant to be Golden Virginia rolling tobacco.

Saw one in use today, and was surprised that the user was blowing out what appeared to be smoke, and the aroma was similar to that of a pipe being smoked...... are they legal for public indoor use?
this one seemed to be like a torch body with a transparent what looked like a cigarette holder with some kind of brownish tinting inside.......... is it an actual E CIGARETTE?............first time seen one, I think........
