This is a true story, proving how fascinating the mind of a six year old is.
They think so logically.
A teacher was reading the story of the Three Little Pigs to her class. She came to the part of the story where first pig was trying to gather the building materials for his home. She read ... 'and so the pig went up to the man with the wheelbarrow full of straw and said: 'Pardon me sir, but may I have some of that straw to build my house?'
The teacher paused then asked the class:
'And what do you think the man said?'

One little boy raised his hand and said very matter-of-factly 'I think the man would have said....................

Yes quite right JoyBoroAngel, this case has been grossly misreported, the wolf was in fact from the council planning office and the pigs had had made several applications that had been refused on greenbelt land.
Typical chancers who then go and whinge on social media!

I have never heard the story of the three little pigs.

I didn't like the wolf wanting to eat the little pigs so I created merry hell every time the poor teacher at school tried to tell the story. Hence, I have never heard it all the way through because I have never felt the need to read it since.

Sharron, thats where you've missed a good story, the wolf didnt really want to eat the piggy's
he was merely a Mafia hit man, as fast as the piggys built their houses the wolf blew them down so that the mafia could offer them protection!!
