I hope they are safe *worries*

Admittedly the birds did once dunk some of my cakes in the bird bath to soften them up a bit, but the balls should be safe as long as they don't get too soggy.

Any shape is better than a dollop on the ground :-(

Thank you Hayley.......I think :-)

They are in the fridge in their little cardboard tubes...........I will peel them and hang them up in the holder tomorrow, then go to work to keep my mind off them.

KittytheLearnerCook Report 4 Jul 2013 22:13

Well the birds will have to be quick eating them then........the bird table is now in the shady bit and I can always put the fan out there with the extension lead.

I do worry about my balls :-(

You're right Hayley about the dressing when eating out in the evening while away ,,,,,,,but some just see it as a relax time and like to do very casual....but I dont want to see belly flesh while eating ,,,,,,,and heads in phones see it all the time,,,one hand on the pushchair one on the phone which is stuck to their lug ,,,,,,not any chat between child and parent or anyone else.....

:-(

Meant to say, troll threads, like trolls, best ignored.

Hope your weather was a sgood as ours in Lanzarote Hayley. Yes, we had one little lad screamed nearly all the way out and another one that screamed nearly all the way back. I think sometimes it makes their ears ache and they can't say.

Depending which restaurant we were in, some people dressed up and some slopped about in their crops or shorts and scruffy tee shirts.

We did take our IPads but only used them for half an hour a day when we went to a cafe for coffee in the morning. Had my phone but I rarely use it except to text family. Can't get internet on it. Hate to see parents using the phone while children are running wild. :-)

Glad you had a good time anyway.

Kay I wont even take my phone away with me these days, Itsmytelly takes his just in case but I dont, I have been known to use the net whilst a way but no more I go for a rest I dont care what is happening here or elsewhere, as long as my family can get in touch if need be.

I noted to Itsmytelly whilst away the amount of people farting about with their phones instead of having convos with each other was to me heartbreaking, I dont just mean kids but adults too, some ignoring their kids whilst playing bloody candy crush or whatever, and another thing do people not wash and dress to go out to dine whilst on holiday these days or are we a dying breed?

moan over :-D :-D :-D
