Never had centipedes in the washbasin Sue, just enormous spiders in the bath.
Did once find a centipede in the teapot one morning - that woke me up :-D

Hello Tec:)

Must admit not seen any ants, slugs or snails here, but must also admit not been down the garden much, so will investigate asap.
l did find the wood ants at the Kymins (round house) a few weeks ago, massive things, took pics too, might try and get them onto the blog:)

not noticed greenfly ....................... but the green beans are about 3' high and have plenty of blackfly on them

and some of the roses have lots of rust on their leaves.


I guess that is what we should expect for living in a Temperate Rain Forest :-D

I think I have everyone's greenfly just looked at the roses and other plants and they are thick round the stems ...off to the garden centre tomorrow. Did find a Ladybird and popped it onto a rose bush , but it flew away. :-S

Loads of ants in my garden Tec, they even managed to get through the door and were marching in a column up onto the kitchen worktop,until I got the vacuum cleaner out and followed the trail back to the door
