You need to open yor Chakras,before you can align them.

The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through.


Blocked energy in our 7 Chakras can often lead to illness so it's important to understand what each Chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.

Scozz Thank you for posting this thread. I have been poorly for a few days so have not been on the boards. I missed my Yoga class today, this man is amazing and very very advavced in Yoga.

I have no idea where or what my chakras are, so I don't know if they are aligned.

Because my chakras was not properly aligned yesterday, AnnC. I might be more charitable about the 16th chapter today. On other hand :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Googling "Indian rope trick" shows how trick is done.

But, to be honest, I still don't really understand it. Particularly the trick where someone sits holding a stick a foot off the ground. And above him sits someone like baldy with staring eyes holding top of stick.

Bet that is the first time Spicy Spice has been so shocked in decades :-D ;-)
