forget the aches woman,,,

its Morrisons tomorrow,,,,,,,,,only for 2 hours,then a training session at Wembley,,,,, ;-) :-D :-D,

have a half day rest and do a little gentle walk tomorrow so your legs dont seize up.

Now does a marathon runner train by doing 26 miles straight off? a bit more every day and rest inbetween Hot shower or bath to relax you, you'll get there girl. ;-) <3

Well done Gwen, you take things steady now and treat your body gently, you know now that you can do it, but don't rush things and have a set back. Short gentle outings will be more productive in the end, but you have come such a long way so big pat on the back for you.

Dizzi, your recovery so far has been a real inspiration to me and I am sure so many. It must be a real temptation to do what you could do a couple of years ago - but that will need lots of patience.
