There are properties in an area in Liverpool where the deeds state that Erections are not Permitted within the boundary of the property.

It's relatively recently been done up and is now an excellent pub/restaurant with a wonderful outdoor decking area upstairs

Errol
if you went wind surfing in Rhosneiger yesterday you would have been blown to Australia by now :-D
dont think The Oyster catcher is still there, think it was a restaurant wasnt it?

have not seen news yet,but the local radio claimed winds were over 90mph on Anglesey :-)

GlasgowLass

GlasgowLass Report 18 Apr 2013 17:16

Extremely windy here too and it scares me!
I mentioned on another thread this week that the storm of Jan 2012, took two brick walls and 4 sections of fence panels ( all about 6ft x 6ft each)
Damage was in excess of £4800

Sorry about your shed roof Suzanne.

I was kept awake by something rattling on the roof, thought it was our TV aerial, but it's still there, and tiles intact.(thankfully)

Very windy down here in Sussex.

Shhhh ... the awning on Dizzi's caravan, has now turned itself inside out & become a caravan cover :-| :-|

Terrible wind here.
Suzanne I often go to Rhosneigr for windsurfing - is it too blowy for that?
I always then retire to the Oyster Catcher if you know it.
