Profiteroles filled with cream are very nice also, when you make the Sauce with One bar of Dark Chocolate, One Bar of Milk Chocolate,Slowly melt adding a Bottle of Gran Marnia or Baileys or Drambui,always remembering to have the "Chefs Glass" readily available for tasting purposes. Then again,You could always add some of each and await the result. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-) Hic.
