On news they are going to sue the french magazine for printing the photos of Kate.

Am glad, everyone deserves privacy and they have enough of photos when they are on duty.

Tenerife Sun Report 14 Sep 2012 23:35

I read on the net that any damages they would have to pay would more than be covered by the money they will make from publishing the photo. I would rather that they ended up grossly out of pocket

By chance I just came across on google where they reckoned the photographer and the chateau is just visible in the background and the french editor said you could see Kate from the street!

Bobtanian Report 15 Sep 2012 00:40

on holiday?

just think if your new daughterinlaw went off on holiday, and the first thing you see is pictures of her with her tits out?

how would YOU feel?

ok my garden is private property..........does'nt give me the right to parade around in the altogether does it?

Bobtanian

Bobtanian Report 15 Sep 2012 00:41

oh! no.......I'm male...........

not allowed.........

~`*`Jude`*`~ Report 15 Sep 2012 00:46

OO Bob you are annoyed are'nt you...lol....If in a relatives garden with permission, on holiday, l'm sure they asked for permission, but of course if they had the place to themselves it was up to them ..... and it would'nt bother me if my daughter wanted to sunbath nude royalty or not.
Private property is just that, Private and they can do within reason as they want, they obviously thought they HAD PRIVACY, but some nasty little photographer sneaked up on them....sick!!

Bobtanian

Bobtanian Report 15 Sep 2012 00:53

But it WAS'NT private was it?

else how could they have got the pictures?

they should respect their position, she's likely to be our next Queen....

Porkie_Pie Report 15 Sep 2012 01:07

Can't argue with that Bob,

I would not dream of paying for papers or magazines to see such things,

I stopped buying such rubbish in the 70's

~`*`Jude`*`~ Report 15 Sep 2012 01:13

Initially the impression was that the sneaky little or large photographer was hanging around and had to get up close to take photo's, so hardly a view for everyone on the street. Also the walls and tree's etc looked pretty secluded to me:)

l don't think much of the people who buy the magazines and papers,:((...but thats their choice!

As I understand it, they were on a private holiday in a secluded villa. They are a married couple. If they choose to walk round stark naked in their own home, that´s their business.
Every time I go to the beach at least 50% of women are topless.... particularly the French, Germans & Italians & because it´s not illegal in Spain, there are often groups of completely nude people on the public beaches. I find it incredibly offensive especially in front of small children, but these people have the right to do as they choose, even in public.
I would have thought that the papparazzi would have learned their lesson.
