Some use water very sparingly. I know because I can smell them a mile away.

people and CCTV are watchng us evreywhere - I've just been fined £75 for dropping a fag end out of my car!! shouldn't have done it, hold my hands up - it said if you don't pay within fourteen days the fine can escalate to £2,500 - you don't gt that for speeding - which endangers life, or using a mobile phone whilst driving - also endangering life - but a fag end!!!

the local council employees drive around in unmarked cars watching you - they're using our heavy council tax to do that - spend the money on filling in the holes in the roads and stop putting these daft "traffic calming" bumps all over the place

If youlre car is stolen, the thieves couldnlt care ess if they damage it on a speed bump

and what does it cost to put a helicopter in the air - better i they watched the water companies and made them fix the hundreds of leaking pipes which waste far more water than the users do

Oooh nasty - no I wouldn't shop my neighbour. However I'm thinking that the neighbours would have to prove that the people actually did fill their pools. Surely they would need photos etc.?

supercrutch Report 28 May 2012 22:37

Not when parents are actually encouraging their children to play instead of parking them in front of the TV.

I'd just tell the authorities it was their daily bath :-D

I have lovely neighbours too - a lot of us have lost our other halves so we all help each other - except Victor Meldrew who lives over the road - he's a one man neighbourhood watch - he watches every bloody thing, even uses his binoculars and takes photographs!!!! bless!!
