well normally a sunday lunch, so we went out for dinner, couldnt eat it or my pudding n then on the way home, well, let just say it didnt stay down,


but mamrite on toast, a banana and a strawberry milkshake normally does the trick but didt have none today hahaha

roll on tomorow when we feel better luckily its my day off
