Carol 430181 Report 6 Apr 2012 23:02

Youngest daughter just phoned, eldest grandson been hit by a car (his fault) broken wrist bruises, bleading from ear, he is home she said she will be sleeping with him. Thought after I had raised my three life would be easy, how wrong.

So sorry to hear this Carol, it must have been very worrying for everyone. I hope he makes a very speedy recovery. Children are so resilient, I am sure he will be running around in no time and telling his friends of his experience.

Happy Easter

Thanks Wend, was a bit of a shock, she has only been letting him out on his own lately being a very protective mum. I just worry as he is right handed and don't want his school work to suffer as he is top in all subjects at the moment.

Carol 430181 Report 7 Apr 2012 00:02

Thanks Suzanne, did worry when first heard about ear, but believe it was localised. Apparently in half splint as still swelling that is why they will not change for several weeks, daughter probably has that wrong, will go in morning and see for myself. Thanks Ingrid.
