I have a small lemon tree in my conservatory which is dripping with ripe lemons. I have sliced up and frozen 2 of them for drinks and the other day I made a lemon pudding.

Do you think I could make lemonade with the rest and freeze it?

yes you should be able to, I make lemonade and freeze it down into lolly molds and that seems to be okay

Try Jollop Emma, that will make you go , but I suggest you stick with the Gin for the Lemon. :-D
