I like loose tea, always done in a teapot, but OH cant manage the leaves that escape the strainer, so we use tea bags, two to a large pot. Dislike the habit of making it in a cup, waste of tea. years ago, one barracks I was at, we had a perforated spoon, double sided, that held the tea, and as we were all in at diffent times, we left the used tea in the spoon until it was all used up! It was surprising how many cups we could get out of one spoon. |

I got out my little metal teapot the other day for the first time in ages. Used T bag (Twinnings Breakfast) Didn't taste any different but it was much hotter which was nice with this weather. |

I find the china pots make tea taste better. But the metal ones stay hotter longer tho. |
