Well, that's all given me a good laugh to start me day.

What this was about was, the other day I downloaded some knitting patterns, but when I came to print them, my ink cartidge had dried up as it is that long since I last used it, me being away from home alot last year.LOL.
So, I was having to keep bring a pattern up I was wanting to use, do a few rows, log back onto chat etc, then the granddaughter and boyfriend turned up, unexpectedly, and so it went on.
Every time I came back onto the board a thread had another twenty postings on it, and even I was beginning to loose the plot., not only on the boards, but in what I was supposed to be doing in real life, yesterday.
The phrase "It's been a funny old day" came into my mind. Couldn't place it, but the OH has just said, it was Arkwright, in Open All Hours.
Now, I know I am alot older than you lot, well some of you LOL. But not quite old enough to have worked at Bletchly Park, so I do not post in codes. This was just me expressing my feeling of the kind of day I had had, and was not a coded message about anything else that had been posted on here. I had, had my say on both 'Doggy' threads, asked what I thought were appropriate questions, refused an answer, and been fallen out with. So "It'd been a funny old day" seemed to me an appropriate statement to make.
There is no pleasing some. They see subterfuge behind every message posted.
