I just think its a massive hoooharrr over nothing much,

people are far to quick to tell gr what there doing wrong but there still here, leave if they dont like the service there paying for i say, but dont use it as an excuse to jump on GR every chance they get,

I think it's a shame that people on there are asking for help,not just listing names but actually ASKING for specific help that could come from members here but just isn't going to be seen. I would reply to one of them, but I don't feel comfortable contacting a complete stranger on her FB account who doesn't 'know me from adam' lol.

Yes someone called Smith from Wiltshire MIGHT see that someone is looking for Smiths in Wiltshire...or O'Connells in Ireland ( can't be many of them) and yes it's a harmless way to waste your time, but it would be nice to KNOW you're wasting time, and I don't believe many of the posters realise that GR staff don't actually help...here or there.

Actually I think half the annoyance is because GR have been faffing about there instead of sorting out the trouble ( and the troll ??? ) on the boards which General viewers might not have seen.

In the grand scheme of things it won't matter if none of us find a connection with living or dead relatives...but i still feel that the thread was ill thought out and not very business like at best.
