Hello julia and welcome back. was wondering a while if you were still alive and kicking! like your unsolvable medical problem, they still have no cure for my terrible nasal polyps which only disappear when i am allowed steroids(3 times a year). so its a blooming nuisance as they say, but we plod on dont we.

Hi again, all. Sorry I could not get back again this afternoon to answer you all induvidually, but have been hand sewing a leather patch on the elbow of OH's favourite gardening sweater. Other one to do tomorrow.
But, thank you all for your very kind words, and welcome back's. Lovely to see so many familiar faces, and who I have missed in my absence. Nice to see you all still here.
Off for the night now. Lovely pan of home made Pea and Ham soup awaits, along with crispy bacon bits for the top, and fresh bagette for dipping. I have waited for 34 years of married life, to get the OH to eat home made soup. It is deffinitely a bloomin' miracle.

Phew, so glad to see you back, I guess the letter worked!!!
Sorry you have still been unwell but hope you might find an answer to the problem at some point, glad it hasn't stopped you doing lots of things you enjoy, you can sit back and be complacent and smug now eh?

Do keep us posted if you plan to disappear again lol, saves lots more grey hairs
