I'm trying to find information on a Lillian A Carr born around 1906 married Alexander Fredrick Welch in 1924 I can not find a birth record please help

If you get her marriage certificate, it will give you her age at marriage, the name of her father and his occupation, and the address where she was living at the time of marriage. Plus the names of the witnesses may also provide clues.
