Well I wasn't allowed to buy Jackie. (Still sulking.)

Fab 208 magazine. Radio Luxemburg on my transistor radio while I was in the bath.

The Osmonds. Bay City Rollers. Slade. T Rex.

The funfair that used to come to our park, complete with songs by Chicory Tip. ( Son of my father...........) Tom Baker, the Doctor Who of our time, driving up our road withe the iconic music playing. Happy days, sigh.

Oh and my damned o level results.....

Libby, I had silver platform shoes that I managed to wear to school. Yippee!!

I got engaged on my 21st birthday.

Platform shoes, very short skirts and strangely enough maxi dresses.

i was nearly eleven in 74.i to remember glam rock.
gary glitter and the glitter band,marc bolan,bowie and all the others,
started secondry school that yr and my 15p dinner money was spent on jackie magazineand a quarter of sweet peanuts leaving me 4p to buy 2 fags(number 6)from the corner shop during break.x :-D :-D

Oh it was the best time :-D Just started work, music all day in the record shop, Glam rock at the disco on a Saturday night after work, boys ;-) funny I was thinking of one of them last night..... wonder what happened to Stefan lol does he still remember wearing Oxford bags? and is Tonto still wearing that really strong aftershave, and does Weasel still ride a Suzuki lol

My Dad died on Jan 5th that year, dont really remember that much as I was only little, platform shoes Donny Osmond, slade....and lots of glitter
