I'm from oop north and I have got one three seater settee for the black cat,and a two seater for the ginger cat,OH perches in the armchair,so that leaves the dining table for me :-D :-D :-D |

Here a divan is a proper bed, with no footboard, only a headboard and has an upholstered base under the mattress. |

We aint fussy... some call it sofa, some a couch, my father called it a settee and then there are some that call it a divan.... and yes my aunt and a chaise lounge... |

We had a front room which was used on Sundays and Christmas and for me to practice piano. There were two massive leather chairs and no settee. The vicar went in there if he called, but the last one that came here sat in the kitchen with us for a cup of tea. |
