Mersey I knew I knew the name we have or have had - The women who lived for danger and I think Chateaux of the Loire. We do every so often trade or sell our books. |

I have almost finished "Just me" by actress Sheila Hancock, interesting in part because of her appearance on WDYTYA which is mentioned, but mostly because she is a strong woman who has faced losing the one she loved and in this book talks very honestly about trying to 'move on', being older and 'alone'. It's not at all self pitying, just self-aware, and tempers her sadness, with a great deal of humour and empathy with others. |
