Well thats it for tonight,
OH gone for his third shower of the day. he has decided to throw the old dirty boiler suit out it would be too dirty to put in washing machine, Yuk it was horrible & smellie :-| :-|

Washing machine all finished and working just popped in some towels to make sure there are no leaky pipes & so far so good.
once he's out of the bathroom , I'm in for a bath, then it's off to bed for us both of us we are pretty tired, but have done a good job today.

Lucky dogs home with all your donations.I bet if I had a really good clear out from my wardrobe I would have tons of bags lol.I really don't know why I just don't get rid,as i know I will never wear 3/4 of the things again.As Chris says .I am a bit of a hoarder and never throw things out.Mind you he is a very organised and tidy person.It is so funny to think we have been married for so long and yet are totally different in every way.Not sure how we have stuck together really.They do say opposites attract :-D,and in our case I think that is absolutely true.

Morning All.

Mocha is his old playfull self this morning.
He is alright in his self apart from the cough he cant shift

He is on his 4 th lot of antibiotics now.Had chest xrays yesterday and a tube put down his throat..Shows an infection on the right hand side of his chest...swabs were taken now have to wait 10 days to see the results.
This cost us £370 yesterday..we are going to try our best to claim so of this back..against the free months pet plan insurance he was given at the start and also the free month when he had his chip..THe insurance company we have now wont pay out for an exsisting illness..

Yesterday I got on and tried to do as much as I could in the house while he was away at the vets.

Morning Everyone,

There was a little damp patch this morning under the hot water pipe in the porch so OH is going to fix it before he has a works phone meeting which will take a couple of hours, he was supposed to be on holiday this week, but never a moments peace.we are off to B*Q for new kitchen steps(daughter no 2 borrowed my last ones and we cannot find them, How do you loose steps ? :-S
also have to choose cupboard door handles, and more bits & bobs to do with connecting the radiator, then I have been promised lunch at a near by pub which will be nice :-)

better go and get my shower

We have rain here now today.Glad I managed to get some gardening done at the weekend..
We have boxes of stuff to take to the charity shop for my brother.

Ann you do have a lot of clothes for the C shop.I bet when you sort them you are like me I might where that later but never do...I must be stricter with mine next time.

Ros. has a Dress rail full of clothes in the loft, all size 12/14. They have been there since we moved down from Gayton 14 years ago. Plus she has a double waldrobe tha'st split with rails, for trousers, tops, dresses etc. She seems everlasting buying new cloths, but I never see anything being thrown out lol lol. That space is only part of it. She had 6 draws, two over bed cupboards, and all the space under the lift up bed, for shoes, handbags etc.
I have one double rail walldrrobe, for suits, trousers, shirts, jumpers, shos etc. and my undercloths and socks.

Ros is at the doctors at 11.00am about her leg and back pain, lets hope he can help.

Dull here but quite warm. Washing is on the line in the hope it may dry abit, and twoels are in the machine.

Pat that was a hell of a price for vet work! I hope you can get some of it back.

Finona just as well you noticed the pipe leak now before all the work is done.

Oh has been mowing the grass again this morning and now he is in the garage on his lathe as I can hear him.

What a game I have had getting back on here. The post box wouldn't show up been round the houses. And here I am again.

Neighbour has the washing out, but it just hangs there, no drying wind today.

We had some beads in the post today. They haden't bothered to put them in anything, so when you opened the package, they were all over the carpet.

Still in dressing gown after my shower and shave, Ros has gone to Morrisson# to gets some bits. Itr will give me chance to sort something out for dinner tonight.

My lawns look good, after being cut, and a drop of rain on them last night. Must get started on the veg patch. in the next week or so, then it will be ready for sowing.

Just a quickie after a great week end of super birthdays - daughters 50th on Sunday, Carmel's 80th yesterday. So much to catch up on here! The cake went down a treat and luckily theres still some left for me to tuck into.

Pat, I think if I'd have licked all those racy stamps that Frank had to, I'd have lost my email address too!!!

hi everyone having trouble finding lastest page

Very dull and wet in Birmingham today. I walked Jasper but he was not happy so we returned home. I am having trouble finding the correct page to read the threads and this often happens so I am sorry if I do not answer when you comment on anything.

I can only get up to page 922 and then the date changes. I do not know what is wrong.

When I send my thread it then is on the correct page and I can read the mails.

Browsing through have found some lovely names Chantel and Flowers and more.

I am feeling a little lonely in the house a lot .Hubby not feeling well and do not want to go out and leave him much.

Mohsen when he left our address had to stay in a hostel until his plane was going to Tunisia. He opened a business account and a credit card with Michelles bank using her address and details. He took out seventy pounds to get home and had no money to put back .Michelle was furious her bank gave it to him.He then went off to Germany Holland and Belgium travelling by train to look for medicine for his mother and they sent the statements of all this to our address. Michelle was fuming and rang him from here and he said you do not own the bank your a nothing and he said I could have taken out money from our joint account but luckily Michelle had cancelled it two days before .He said when I got to Germany I could not get anything out of my banks so tried our joint account but it would not work the credit machine either. Michelle said I bet you intended to finance your trip to europe on our joint account but I got wise to you and cancelled it and have told my bank you do not live here anymore and they said they are stopping all your accounts Mohsen said I have a good friend who will put the seventy pound back in the bank I had out to get home and Michelle said tell this friend to pay back the ten thousand pounds you had from me them. I told her put the phone down because she was getting so upset. Later she had awful stomach cramps and a rash. I could kill that man. He said to Michelle I will be in England in April or August which is our birthdays trying to get round her I think to take him back here. I said in a text I do not want to see you again Mohsen or want you to come back to England. I telephoned imigration and they said he can stay in Tunisia for two years and come back here they cannot stop him now he does have right to remain but he cannot get a British passport or right to stay here permantly if Shell divorces him. So if he tries to get that daughter here he will be unlucky. I think more and more she is his daughter shes on Facebook and I found several old letters he had screwed up to throw away and a man who came into the shop translated them for us. One he had written. Baby you will be able to come to Britain one day but you will need a warm coat it is very cold here. Michelle still wants to go to Tunisia to find out about him. i said just forget the man he is a crook. Knowing Michelle she will get some solicitor friend to go with her to find out out If Serine is his daughter. . Annie liked my poem about Beryl she is back now and popped over before returning to Stratford. She was amazed at the inspiration i had to write it. You should have seen the computor floor there was a pile of ripped up paper. Thank you all again for saying you liked it . I was amazed I thought it rubbish when I read it. I have little confidence thats my trouble. I hope sending this puts me on the correct date for reading your latest threads. On a more cheerful note did anyone see the match between Cardiff and Liverpool what a brill match. I was getting so excited my ho came in the room to see what I was shouting at.

I have just turned the heating on as it is colder inside than it is out.

Sounds like poor Michell is still in dire straights with her husband. Fancy him being able to take money out of her account!!!! I am really shocked at what the banks allow these days. She is much better off without him. What a cad!

Had a lovely pub lunch, Chicken club sandwhich and salad, with a side portion of chips which I shared with OH, He had a steak club sandwhich. and ended up finishing mine aswell, can't complain about the portions phew!!!!

OH fixing on Cupboard doors and handles, fixed the leaky pipe.

Just started to wash down the bathroom walls when oh decided he wanted his hair cut as we have a solicitors appointment tomorrow. Stopped washing down the walls and did that now I have lost the will to go back to the walls :-| It's one of those jobs I have to be in the mood to do as I am so short I have to use steps. I am trying to use the floor mop but will have to get on the steps to dry the wall off. :-(

Good luck claiming back the bill for Mocha with the insurance company Pat, another of my pet hates ..... Insurance Companies ........ add that to vet's bills, garages and many others I'm not going to mention as I'm starting to sound like Victor Meldrew.

Perhaps I should have called it a seafood lasagne Mandy as it was prawns and scallops and that kind of fish, with a very cheesy topping, delicious.

Ros is not alone Frank with her love of buying clothes, I've got about 5 wardrobes full and that's all current stuff, there's about 10 black sacks in the loft with clothes that are too big but don't want to throw out in case I put on weight.

If Michelle was my daughter Sheila I would try and dissuade her from
having anything at all to do with Mohsen. He sounds like a complete waste of space.

Hi Finola/Fillola/Hey you ....... good to see you are able to enjoy food now, have you put on any weight. Unlike poor Ann who has lost pounds and pounds ..... garages ....... I've got an MOT coming up better get prepared.

Forgot to mention it was my grandson's birthday yesterday ..... 20 years old ...... yikes.
