Afternoon all,

Yes Mel, we have been enjoying the morning sunshine. I have trimmed round the back lawn and cut and trimmed the front lawn. Ros is on her little seat freshening uo the soil between the bulbs and getting the weeds out of front garden. I told her not to. but she won't listen to me ;-) ;-) ;-) She never has, so I don't expect her to start now !!

I caught the TWO moggies from next door but one in the garden this morning, Fortunatey I managed to get them with a bowl of water. Exhaust was coming from their backsides as they went over the fence.!!!!

I saw kim on facebook this morning and sent here a message.

I think I might be lucky to get my "PASS" signed to go to the pub later. Arsenal V Spures. 1.30 pm Kicki off. Then I will be home for Carling Cup. Liverpool V Cardiff 4.00 pm kick off. I think my birthday has come early. WHAT DOES SHE WANT. :-D :-D :-D

This morning I spent a lot of time doing bits in the garden. This afternonn I am going to do bits on the computer.

Roast Beef sounds nice Jane and all the trimming no doubt - very nice. Thanks for all the e-mails that you have been sending Frank.

Afternoon everyone ,

What a lovely sunny day today ,it's really warm outside .
Been to Norwich this morning and got the emulsion for the conservatory walls ,i picked Cro*n Soft Khaki in the end ,which is a pale Peppermint colour so it should look good .

You been busy in the garden Frank, it should look a picture when all the bulbs you planted start flowering , hope we get a photo .

Mmmmmm, i can smell the roast beef from here , although by now i expect it's all been eaten !!!
Chicken Kiev's for us tonight with a little salad and some oven chips ,nice and easy ,with weather like this we'll soon have to get the barbeque out !!!

I'm a bit stuffed now.Have decided to give myself a gold star for that roast.It was Boooootiful.Only trouble is I have no room for pudding which is Pineapple upside down thingy with custard.Chris has somehow managed to force his down.James couldn't face it ,so we will have ours later.

Mandy that sounds a lovely colour paint for the conservatory.

Funny day here weather wise .One minute it is beautiful sunshine ,next it is cloudy and we need lights on :-S.Now it is bright again.

Very dissapointed with the match down the PUB. Picture kept breaking up through the whole match. I left with 15 min to play. Arsenal 5 spurs 2.
Liverpool, are one down at the moment.

I put the lamb on before I went out on a low heat. It was done to a turn when I got home. So tender. Uhhhh New potatoes in mint and butter, runner beans, cauliflower, carrots, Parsnips CHEESE SAUCE and gravy. All cleared away and the dish washer is on.

Ros is watching her Jewellery making programme, while I am watching Football.
Bright sunshine outside at the moment.

Casll the Midwife finished last6 week. they are going to make another lot though.

Upstairs Downstairs tonight and I hope it is a bit better than it was last week.

I made a Pineapple upside down pud last week Jane, we had Pancakes again tonight , i'am stuffed now too .

I think the emulsion will look good , we got a match pot to try it first ,just in case we didn't like it , so we now have a big patch of the colour on the wall !!!

No call the midwife tonight , i really enjoyed them , i recorded Upstairs Downstairs but haven't watched that yet ,they didn't give it a good write up ,so we'll have to wait and see how it goes .

I hope you allhave been enjoying the sunshine where possible,

I was gardening this morning and this afternoon helping my brother sort his flat out..Load of boxes to unload etc..H e is a horder so a lot of things got thown or taken to the tip the rest to the charity shop in the week, Had a casserole prepared so only had to pop it in oven whenI got back..We will be eating soon then dancing on ice to watch..I think I will record upstairs etc and see what it is about..Catch you later.

Call the Midwife.......you had me going there!! Yes, I hope Upstairs Downstairs is better this week too, it was quite boring last week.

Frank, I thought you were recuperating.......no stopping you is there!! Your patch will be a picture again.

I've not done much at all today, had tummy cramps last night and this morning so didn't sleep well. We have to be up early tomorrow to take my car for service at 8.00am.....MORE EXPENSE. I think I will leave them a note to be careful with the locking wheelnut. This one is damaged now and is the second one at £40 a time!! Then we need to get another plunger for the toilet as the old one has split......another nice job!!:-S

I've sorted another 4 bags for the Dog's Home tomorrow, so I hope they have emptied the shed since yesterday!! :-D Today I came across my 60s black 'midi' coat, sleeves with the little puffed up shoulders and a really nipped in waist. I even found a couple of my then long coloured instead of white hairs on it!! lol OH said, even if I could get into it now I would BOIL as it is a thick wool material. Those midi coats were great over your mini skirt though, kept your legs warm. :-D

Mandy, my conservatory is apple white, which is really a pale green. It is a lovely cool, restful colour when it gets hot in the summer. I bet you will love it.

We are expecting the new garden arbour to be delivered this week, flat pack on a pallet, so I hope there is room in the garage for it!! I bet it will arrive when we are out.

How is Moccha doing now Pat......and your new fish? The email that didn't reach you was the zip flower I made. I will see if I can send it through another email account.

I am stuffed now. I even had to leave za bit of my meat but oh finished it off for me.

I have been watching the Larkrise to Candleford again when oh has gone to bed. I am really enjoying it. I think somewhere along the line there could be one or two that I have missed so new to me this time around.

Mandy. We are taking Mocha back to the vets tomorrow morning....We have to starve him after 8 tonight incase he has an Xray.

6 new baby fish appeared yesterday unless there are more.We have 3 teanager ones lol who must be about 3 week now.. Must be the same mother

Skating on ice was good tonight..Will just have to see who they knock out.

All these new fish are baby guppies..

The poor lad who had his forehead sliced open in the rehearsal was a real trooper and didnt they do well !!

Morning all. DOI was brilliant but the wrong person was voted off. Lets just say that Andy has been kept on and one of the good ones has been voted off.

Going to see the specialist this afternoon about my Glaucoma first time I have seen him so have to wait and see what he says.
