A 2B pencil Maureen. I wondered whether you might make something from your tree trunk. We made a bird table from one once. Look forward to seeing your seat!! lol I bet you will get a lot more sun in your garden now. Butterflies love Buddlias don't they. We had a deep purple one in this garden once. I bet you were chuffed to to be told size 14s were too big for you.........doing well to keep the weight off too. |

Yes, Finley has already tried it out. I think son is going to cut it across the bottom and we can put it up on the decking, Finley's very own little seat. Did think about a bird bath or a planter for flowers but left it to him and that's what we ended up with. |

I have the paper now ,and the fire was not Straw.Apparently it is a controversial waste processing plant !! and it was was plastics, cardboard and paper that was burning. It is at a farm called Blackbridge Farm. There was no available water supply so it had to be pumped over a mile! |

Isn't it funny, I had loads of walnuts in a bucket down the garden and I watched the squirrel, he went foraging amongst all the cut down branches but never touched the ones in the bucket. |

OH wants to leave at 7.00am Jane, so I'm hoping things will have settled by then. We have already bought the train tickets and I don't want to miss it!! :-S :-S That fire we had here was at a recycling plant. The smoke smelt awful. It is surprising they allowed them to recycle there if there was no water supply......unless it was just inadequate to put the fire out. |

Finished all the tree cutting for today. Three barroe loads to the tip. One in the drive for tomorrow. Will start on the BIG BUGGER tomorrow. I must admit, it lets in a lot more light into the lounge allready., but still keeps the eyes from looking in. |

Mel I think you might be right about Twizzle. Also did he not have stripy clothes?I don't know why it suddenly came to mind.It is strange how something pops in your head out of nowhere. |

I seem to be ok this afternoon, so will probably go in the morning as we can always turn the car around and come back!! To think, there I was a few days ago more bothered about my knees and the stairs at the station. I'm taking my camera, but I bet the windows on the train will be mucky!! On the old trains you could slide the window down to get a clear view to take a pic. |
