Morning All,
Dull again and miserable, dos'nt give you any get up and go this weather.
Hope all had a good day yesterday with all their celebrations and are not too tired this morning or have hangovers!!
Love to Kim if she is looking in and we all hope you are feeling better.
Mandy you will have to tell those grandchildren of your that sweets are like poisen to a dog. It is the sugar thats in them. Doggy chocs have no sugar in them and this is why.
No Maureen yesterday, did she say she was going to one of the childrens?
I was helping someone yesterday and got carried away with looking things up.

Morning All Fiona ,hopefully having a good night's sleep will help you feel a bit brighter today. Poor you Mel with your weather.it is a lovely sunny morning here I have a line full of washing out now.Just got in from the Dentist.I have a numb mouth,a new temporary crown and had to have top and bottom impressions done for the new crown.I have to really concentrate on breathing very slowly having them done as i feel quite panicky.Back again in 2 weeks hopefully the last time for 6months. Don't spend to much on EB** Frank,or are you selling again? How's Puss today? I am going to have a cold drink now as I can't have a hot one until the numbness wears off. BBL

Patricia, NFH stands for Neighbours from Hell!! In our case well named! Talked to agent this am, and have been assured that there is nothing they can do to foul up the sale as our buyer is well aware of the problem over the boundary and is prepared to sort it out with them when he moves in here, so it's just a question of keeping our heads down and getting away ASAP Hope you are all well today.

Will try again. Good morning my little Flowers.
Nice bright sunny day here now, and warm with it. Rosw. openened all her caqrds this morning and my presents. Very impressed she was too with my choice. (I DID SOMETHING RIGHT) :-D :-D :-D Neighbours bought her a small wheelbarrow planter, which had to be assembled. The box said you could do int in 15 minutes. It took me over an hour. and not one bag in the box had the right screws/bolts. It's all together now, how long it will last is another question.
Will be taking her out later this afternoon for late lunch early dinner. So she can be back for her SOAPS. and Dr. Martin. Television would never be allowed to rule my life.
Jaw ache now then Jane, keep the cold out of it, or you will feel it !!!!
I see that Amy Tuttall from Emmerdale is now in Downton. I couldn't work out where I had seen her till I went on google.
Haven't sold anything on Ebay lately, will have to have another rummage round to see what I can find.
Mel, I cant bring that up again, so will pop it in a envelope for you to see.
Trust everybody is O.K. and NFH has fallen over and broke a leg Liz. :-D :-D :-D :-D

Glad to see you back Jane, and thanks for the photos, lovely countryside. It must have made a really nice break.
Happy birthday to Ros and a belated one to Chelsea, isn't it funny when they blow out the candles and end up dribbling all over the cake .... I meant Chelsea Frank not Ros ....lol
Have had a lovely gastronomic weekend, I'm surprised I can get into my jeans. Daughter and partner and Harry stayed over Saturday night and took me to, I think it's called, Chiquitos, it's a Mexican restaurant, Harry was so good, I didn't hear him in the night at all, those few glasses of wine probably helped ......... Yesterday I had all the family over, 12 in all, but I had a lot of help with the food so it wasn't too exhausting, I really enjoy our 'bit of a do', does anyone remember that comedy programme, think that's what it was called. Starred David Jason.
I decided I wanted the walnut tree cut down, it has grown far too big for the back garden, must be about 70' high and almost as wide, son has been over and cut most of it, has gone off now to get a chain saw, the garden looks like a jungle, and so does next doors, but they are quite nice neighbours and probably too pleased to see it gone to complain.
Hope you are feeling better Fiona and if you manage to look in Kim hope you are okay too.
Happy anniversary Ann, you should always celebrate anniversaries, to my mind they are quite an achievement.
Is Sheila winging her way to the States now?
What strange neighbours Liz, it's obviously personal with them, you would think they would be glad that you are going rather than hinder the move.

Afternoon all Have done a mega ironing stint this afternoon, and still more to do .But not today :-( :-( Maureen it sounds like you had a great weekend. What did you do food wise in the end?You may have said what you had decided when I was away.Isn't it amazing how you lose track after a week :-S :-S
I bet Frank is out Wining and Dining Ros now.Happy Birthday Ros!
You know I said I had 1,000 photos.Well I thought it seemed ridiculous and have now realised for some reason a lot of them have downloaded several times and they all seem a bit mixed up.I don't know how that happened as I just plug the camera into the laptop. It is going to take me for ever to get rid of all the duplicates :-S :-S
I thought it was going to pour earlier, but nope,it has passed us by again.Tomorrow morning looks a bit wet though. Funny the things we buy on holiday.I came home with a new fire guard and a cobweb brush lol.(I might have said that already)Just ignore me if I have.
Does anyone know how Kim is?I gather she has not been around for some time.Is she in hospital?

Jane Pat has been in touch with Kim and she lets us know how she is doing.
As to the things you come home with from holiday I think they are very practical and are the kind of things I would probably buy. I can remember buying mum and myself a sheepskin duster on a stick and they were very good.

Mel I have been looking for a cobweb brush for ages,I have plenty of feather duster things but they don't grab the webs. Its an extending one so hopefully I can get to the difficult ones now. Another thing I always buy are T Towels lol.How boring :-S :-S.I did get some nice goodies though(local produce).
Dinner tonight is Pork Fillet sliced into medallions and fried, with roasted Charlotte Potatoes, peppers, courgettes, red onions, and shallots from the garden. It is smelling good.I use olive oil and a sprinkling of Balsamic Vinegar with a few sprigs of Thyme.I think I am hungry now lol

All wined and dined, if you can call it that. We went to Tesc#, onto the garden centre for things she wanted. Then to the pub for late lunch/ early dinner. Ros had a nice steak and trimmings, I had fish and chips.
An old friend called in with a card and a chat. He's just gone. Ros's Saturday shopping friend will be here soon, to see her, for her birthday. Then we can settle down for the evening.
