Morning All and Evening Kim,

Well I hope Ann's weather is better than ours today for her birthday and hope she has a lovely day out whatever the weather.

It is rain rain rain just falling straight down, non stop, miserable and dull with it.

I think my plan for today is to either go and get chickens food or work in the tunnel. My lettuce have all gone up in the air and need clearing out and it is feed day for the toms and squash. My peppers are still so small as they hav'nt grown much since I put them in and their leaves are a bit yellow. Chilli's are flowering but nothing seems to be setting. Perhaps the bees that moved into the wall will help with pollination. I think they had their eyes on the border for most of their larder as everything there is flowering but the rain is spoiling a lot of the flowers. The only ones here who don't mind the weather are the fish!!!

Hope Ralph improves soon David and give him love wishes when you next see him please.

If you are lucky like us, you will have sunshine, with a few clouds.

Been to the Drs. this morning about my left knee. I have fluid on the knee and also a damaged ligiment. He injected me in three places with Quartazone. I know he got the right spot as I nearly hit the ceiling with the PAIN. !!! I have to see how it goes for 2/3 weeks. Then he can try again. NO THANKS :-0 :-0 :-0

The new freezer is settleing down allright, and I have found the light works, will put Ros in the freezer to make sure the light goes out. <3 <3 <3

Mel, Like you, my peppers are not doing at all well, Will open another Pot bag for the weekend.

Off to Toddington Tomorrow evening, Lewis is in "ANNIE" and we will bring him back for the weekend. No doubt he will get spoilt, with Cinema, Chinese takeaway, and a trip to the pub.

Well we have had a beautiful day no rain just clear blue sky ,i went out and did a little weeding and had to get in the shade for a while as i got too hot !!

Oh Frank i bet that jab hurt :-S poor Ros putting her in the freezer to see if the light works LOL

Mel. WE haven't seen any rain today YET. Ros got all the washing dried this morning, before going to town with Carolyn.

Ann, Unknown to Ros, I ordered a load more beads last night from CHINA. 8 different lots of 10mm 12mm and 8mm for under £16.00 including postage.
Hope you found lots of beads this morning, with all those sales you can afford lots and lots !!!

I don't know what Ros is going to do with all the things she's making. The Canal festival is coming up in August, so she might get a stall there and she what she can sell.

Been out to Brook's nursery and had lunch. More expensive than our other one we go to. Had burger and chips. You had to pay for tomato sauce if you wanted it. Only the vinegar was free. Did'nt buy anything in there either. Oh said he was'nt putting wet compost bags in his boot. It is still piddling down with rain here and the roads have a lto of water running down the sides on the way to Bude. I really feel sorry for those people who have bookings for holiday makers as I am sure some will cancel.

Yes Ann Ralph uses his PC,but not for genealogy.

He doesn't always use the stick he had been using since his hip operation.Would have saved him that nasty tumble last Thursday.

Daughter who got married Sheila is Elisa and they went to Mauritius for their honeymoon, she's a bit like you in that things seem to happen to her, she got some sort of virus or food poisoning there and was violently ill for about four days, could only happen to her.

Was going to make a start on my garden project but ended up chatting on the phone for so long and then the rain set in, oh well, tomorrow's another day, unless my son decides he does want me to drive him all the way to Nottingham for him to pick up a car. Not looking forward to that.

No further on with our leak :-S It is not to do with our heating system,so the Gas man says .We are now having to find a plumber to come and investigate.But so far no -one available :-SWill be looking through yellow pages again tomorrow.Then when we get one if they can fix it in a day the insurance man said he is happy for them to go ahead.If they can't find it or can't get to they will have to do a report to go back to the assessor .I can see will will still like this next year at this rate.Chris I have been a bit snipey with each other today lol.It is just so bloo** frustrating.
I now have a new email address and will have to let you all know it when I can.We have a new provider(think that is what it's called)
Chris had a bill fro B* for £187 to disconnect the old line.............it should have been no charge,so he has been on the phone half the afternoon sorting that out.All in all an exasperating day.

Those Cortisone injections are terribly painful Frank.I had one in my shoulder once and like you nearly went through the roof.But it did help an
awful lot.Hopefully you will get relief soon.

Sorry you have had all that rain today.I think Frank and I have been very lucky today with our weather.
I picked more Broad Beans today but some of the pods were totally empty just lots of the fluffy stuff :-S.We also have flowers that are rotting before they come into full bloom.What a rotten summer :-(

Oh Jane it does sound as if its going to be a long drawn out process with this leak problem , very stressful for you .

Going to pick BIL up from hospital in the morning ,he should be able to get in our car ,it's bit of a problem as he has to keep his leg straight ,but he will have the splint thingy on ,i think he will have to sit with his leg up on the back seat .
It looks as if it will be a wet journey there in the morning !!

Those show people on The Hoppings couldn't have made any money.
