Oh sheila, sorry to hear your feeling low and fed up, You have your lovely holiday to look forward too.
Jane, DIL has son jumping to her every need :-D :-D baby woke for a fed (bottle) and she just gave him a nudge and up he got , usually he's out for the count !! She's very sore and has the usual painkillers ,also son has to inject her every evening for blood clots , i was quite surprised he would do it ,DIL said she didn't think she could do it so he said looks like its down to me then :-D Her cut is so neat !! one long stitch to come out in a few days time. I hope this is the last one , but who knows LOL
Ann, those Muntjac are so daring !! nothing seems to scare them ,she's tried all sorts to get rid of them from hanging the cd's on a line so they flash in the sun to netting and even Elephant Dung !!! LOL and my friend lives close to town ,its not as if she's out in the wilds !! all they leave are the stalks !!! not good when you've payed out for the plants .

Just nipping in quick before I go off to bed. Sheila .Even though I know you still love Mohsen .I think you know the right thing to do .Ignore him.He has done nothing more than bring upset to you all. You don't need more stress in your life .What with Beryl and her Daughters lolol. You need to think about you now.
We have Muntjacs around here .Not seen one in a long time ,but we have had one or two in our front garden. They have a very nasty bite (powerful jaws) :-S
I don't know why I am still up .Its a very early start tomorrow :-S Will say Night Night now xx

Jane's right isn't she Sheila. It must be like a tug of war with your feelings, but although he has been a nice person to you at times he has done some bad things. He is bound to move on with his life isn't he, but just because he is with someone else doesn't mean he's forgotten you and your daughter, or that he will treat anyone else any better. After all he should be the one feeling loss and regret at losing you both. Hope you don't think I'm harsh, but it is a shame you are feeling upset. Not good for your health.

Morning all and evening Kim,
Hope we all feel better today with our aches and pains.
Hav'nt quite caught up with your posts yet.
Am going shopping today and probably this morning so this will be short and sharp.
Ann I did laugh at you going to the wrong carvery. Thats the kind of thing that I would do and oh certainly would'nt let me live that down.
I went ringing once and as we arrived at the church I looked down and I had one shoe on and one slipper!!! He never let me live that down for ages and when I went they would all look at my feet when I walked in the church for ages. See thats what happens when you are rushed into getting ready!
Liz I am pleased you are now settling in well in your nice new chalet. Soon be completely straight. Good luck in your new home. <3 <3
Mandy wait till Christmas when there are 4 of them to buy pressy for! More expence as Frank would say...............
Sheila hope all is quiet on the Mosen front for Shell and you and he dos'nt cause any more trouble for your family.

Dull here but so dark it is like the evening!
Jane you have been a busy girl this morning already. Put me to shame.
Oh just found a dead baby sparrow in his pond. So upsetting to see a young life come to an end so abruptly. We feed them on the rail across the edge of the pond. Perhaps we should stop! They like the mealworms and the parents go off with about 6 in their beaks at a time. Takes them ages to get them sorted before they fly away. We used to see munkjack deer here too but hav'nt seen any for a long time now. We have had the other deer out the back quite a lot this year. Usually two of them together. We also saw the barn owl two days ago just after 9pm hunting the field over the back of us and it was a big one. Huge wing span for such a small bird. The other day too oh called me quick Mel and when I went out there was a grass snake down by the filter for his pond. It went under the hydranger so I did'nt get a pic of it. I also found a shedded snake skin in the tunnel the other day after cutting down the lemon sorrell that grows in there I picked it up with what I had cut off.

Hello everyone,
Cool with showers and some sun here today.
Ann thanks for the wonderful photos. The poppy field are beautiful, so bright. Do they smell? Loved your new pieces, especially the blue necklace, so delicate and pretty. Where is Hidcote? Is the building a private house and how old would it be? Sorry so many questions. Also, lol what are Muntjacs, although I could go*gle that.
Mandy I hope mum and Lacey are doing well.
Frank your poor knee. Why isn't a new joint up there in the scheme of things? Is there any reason they can't replace it?
Sheila not good that you have broken your tooth and sounds like you feel as good as I do with the stress thrown in. Everyone has given advice on Mohsen. Why can't he live in another part of England to give you and Michelle some peace? Just another county so you don't have to run into him? Your hubby is very funny. He must keep a smile on your dial and when and where will you be going for your next trip? I do like Andy Murray as well as Roger. I would love to see Murray win Wimbledon; such a nice young fellow.
Jane how is Chester and Maureen what about Alfie?
Fiona hope the workmen's noise doesn't worsen your headaches and Shirl hope you have some ease from that back of yours. Chronic pain is the pits.
Have a good day, off for a cuppa now. 8.30 pm AEST

Afternoon all,
It took me almost an hour to send on todays jokes. When I opened my Emails there were 41. A lot of crap as you can imagine, but some good jokes. Hope you enjoy them. They gave me a good laugh.
Shelia, for what it's worth. IGNORE HIM. If he causes trouble call the police and let them deal with him. He must be on a VISA to be in this country. If he missbehaves they will deal with him.
Munjak deers are all over the county. When we lived in Gayton, There were always a group of them in the field opposite the front of the house. I think certain people in the Village go out to shoot them for the table. I couldn't do that to them, they are so lovely.
My you have been busy, since I was on yesterday. Having a job to remember what you have all been upto,
Ros has gone to Tesc#s while I rest my leg, still a lot of disscomfort around the knee. Hope it will be ok for Sunday. !!!
I'm going to prepare all the veg for a Chicken Caserole for tonight. So when Ros comes home I can pop ther chicken in, and it will be ready for tonight.
Had a very disturbed night last night. Up at 4.30 am. went back at 6.30 and dropped off and started dreaming. I was shooting Jewish P O Ws and killing everybody in the supermarket and around the town. I also had a LION that took to me and was my pet and guard. My, I was so pleased when I woke at 8.00am Sweating like a pig, on top of the BED. Ros was undisturbed by my BATTLE. I also was in a boxing match, but had forgotton to take my KIT. I was trying to borrow it, IN A GIRLS SCHOOL. I did have a packet of CASHEW NUTS BEFORE BED. So that might not have helped.

Afternoon All,
Frank there were some crackers among your emails today.....thanks for sending them to us.....made me laugh too!!
We have a terrible thunderstorm going on here with sheets of rain thundering down on the conservatory roof. It eased off a few minutes ago and OH set off for his meeting, but it is back with a vengeance again, right overhead, sounds like there are aeroplanes being blown up up there. I hate it so will switch the computer off for now and BBL.

Well the storm has eased now, but OH just rang and said it has been horrendous travelling to Melton Mowbray and he has had to negotiate floods and drive around 2 fallen trees. The paths are covered with hailstones. He said he heard on the local radio that a big tree at a supermarket had come down and that the hail had smashed the glass on a greenhouse at Burbage which is on the way to his mum's. He still has the country lanes to go down yet as well.
Mel, I've gone out with shoes different colours and heel heights, can just imagine you with one slipper on!! :-D
I wonder if Jane is all steamed up yet! ;-) I have often wondered whether those mops are good.........let us know what you think Jane. :-D

Just quickly Ann I think the steam mop will be a great thing to have. But 1 tip Don't use it on a very humid day .I used it this morning and floors still wet lol.It is just the humidity I'm sure. Have been on the phone for hours trying to find out who and when someone is coming to see our wet garage. They are inundated with call from the floods and that explosion .Anyway I have ended up calling Home Serve and someone will be here between now and 6.I really have no idea what he will find or how he can stop the dripping pipe.It may mean coming back with reinforcements :-S Luckily the House Alarm man is caught up on another job so I have now put him off until next week. What a day!!!
Touch wood no storm here (yet) maybe we will get away with it.But unbearably humid.I now have 2 fans on in the lounge .I have the biggest one and Chester is lying in front of one I have put down on the floor.
Fitz 's Mother has had a very nasty fall today and has been carted off to hospital in the ambulance.Fitz think she may have broken her hip,and maybe have concussion .Thinks she might have hit her head on some furniture.I just wonder now .Will she be be fit enough to come home again or not.She is 89.I suppose this will give Fitz a bit of breathing space at least until he knows what she has actually done.I could her her screeching in pain when he rang me as the Ambulance men were moving her.Poor lady.
Must go now and make up some iced drink in a jug.No doubt the Plumber may like a cold drink.
Frank those emails lol.A few great ones there. :-D

Evening all,
Phew !!! its ok while you sit and keep still but as soon as you move ,phew !! it makes you all hot and so sticky . No sign of any storms here so far ,that sounds bad your way Ann, with trees down , must have had some really strong winds to do that !!
Well Son and DIL came this morning with the family ,she looks really good considering its only a week since she had Lacey !! son had been busy doing the house work LOL it did sound funny him saying ...oh i meant to get that washing in and hang another lot out before we came LOL The midwife turned up just after nine o'clock last night ,checked DIL over but said she wouldn't disturb Lacey as she was asleep ,she had been to a home birth ...the baby was nearly ten pounds !!!!! Midwife was coming this afternoon to weigh Lacey and give her a check over , they were a bit concerned about her hips as she had been in the breach position for so long .
Frank , there were some good jokes today :-D made hubby laugh !!
Oh poor Fitz's mum :-S she must have gone down a wallop !! that's quite an age to have to have an op !! as you say makes you wonder if she will be able come home again .
BIL goes in tomorrow to have his op on his knee.
Getting a bit on the dark side here now :-S some thing might be brewing up :-S :-S

Oh, here I am. What a job signing in It wouldn't let me. Been all round the houses.
Sorry to hear about Fiiz's Mum. Very bad news at her age.
Has the plumber arrived yet Jane, What's the problem ???
Ann, How terrible the weather is your way, We are bathed in sunshine and blue sky's. Ros has only just come in from planting more plants, and tidying up. I have watered everywhere. IT IS SO HOT AND HUMID. All doors and windows open, a nice breeze coming through the lounge. from the open conservatory windows and door. I have treated all the stone chippings with weed killer down by the pond, so that should put paid to anymore weeds and marrigolds/pansey's and whatever for another year.
Mandy, I hope all goes well for your BIL, A friend has had both of his done, and is like a new man, no sticks, or wheelchair. He's in his mid 70s.
he wind is realy getting up here and the clouds are building. Better watch out.

Frank .Plumber has just left.He really doesn't know what the trouble is but rang his company to book a Leak detection thing. It might not be for a week until someone can come out to do that. When I asked him if it meant digging up any flooring ,he gave me that look that said 'it's possible' :-S :-S.He did find a drain lid buried under a load of dust and fluff that Chris assured me was an old lid off a tin of paint!!!!!!!.I will have words with him lol.I did feel daft saying it was just an old lid.So I'm none the wiser at the moment. Think I need a little drinkie poo now :-D :-D

I think BIL will be glad when its all done , maybe when they open the knee up they'll see why the knee he had put in has gone the way it has , the antibiotic filler has to go in first then he has at least ten weeks before the new knee joint can be replaced ,so its going to be a long job !!
So your still none the wiser on the leak front them Jane!! is the drain lid a rodding eye for the drains ? perhaps the drain is blocked and that's were the water is coming from !!
The coming over dark didn't amount to any thing ,i wish we could have a storm ,might clear the air a bit :-S
