Lol Teresa.

Was intending to do windows in next couple of days Joan but Eldest daughter doing Uni revision had the sudden need for a pair of white linen summer trousers.
We drove a 30 mile round trip but she could not find "the right white ones" grrrrr.

ooh ,sounds fun!!!!my daughter used to play Eminem [loudly] i think to try and shock me- i never told her i grew up with the Sex Pistols.

Cooper

Cooper Report 18 May 2010 16:55

I wouldnt mind Eminem or Sex Pistols.

She used to be into indie stuff which I like but she has stuff on such as Gee and Madonna.

Poor child is going through a midlife crisis in her musical taste and shes only 18.

Sounds like nursery rhymes!!!!

Im off to get the 11 year old from his friends(doing homework?) and listen to some good stuff in the car.

When I looked at the weather forecast at the weekend, we were meant to be under cloud all week. The only clouds I've seen are the little White fluffy ones set against a beautiful blue sky. It's been glorious. I'd be quite happy with this weather all the way through summer. Warm but not unbearable.

I can't believe how beautiful the sky is.

SRS - I will settle for what we have also, which sounds like yours. Any hotter, and yes I know I should not complain, but I start to suffer. Yes, I know it means I have to have the hose pipe around the garden almost every day, but it is a small price to pay.
In a few weeks, when hopefully for some, it gets even hotter, OH is down the allotment at 5.00 in the morning to water, before it gets unbearable. Like all farmers and growers in this country, we are never satisfied.LOLOL

Teresa, Glee is an awful American show and I quote from Daughter" glee is a performing arts group who are dancing and singing, and other teen issues are discussed"

They sing lots of covers from the 70s and 80s.

Its a bit like Fame and I wasnt keen on that either.
Or High School musical

Yucky yuck

You have not missed much:)
