Yes you are allowed,as long as its replicated exactly whats freely avaliable in the public domain ,,,,what is covered by DP is to include or publish any **personal sensitive material** of that living person that could identify that person without prior consent. |

I don't think you are breaking any law by putting on the living, only a conduct rule, think its always best to ask a person if they mind you adding them to your tree. |
