That is news to me too Liz.
But, perhaps I am missing something here?

I wonder... would these people like to be chased around the country by a pack, and tell me at the end of the day how much fun they had?
That is if they have enough breath left to speak.

I think if you read my post on David Cameron's intentions on a free vote on the subject... he is aware that the law was brought in very controversially, in an abuse of parliamentary powers, actually... but then, that is labour (new) for you.

DC is very aware that there are many tory anti fox hunters, so he is giving a free vote if he wins the election... if the law is wanted, it will stay, if the majority would like it to stay with some amendments.. then that will also be on the agenda. He is NOT saying that he will arbitrarily reverse the law, at all... that is a total misrepresentation of what he said!! And I do not like misquotes or misrepresentations at all.

I find fox hunting barbaric, too... and dog fighting (which is also illegal) badger baiting etc etc

But I also believe in a free vote... which didn't happen with the foxhunting laws.

I would like them to stay, I am most definitely NOT pro-hunt... just to make it clear where I stand, as I fear I might be misinterpreted, as well.

Off to hairdressers, now... will look in when I get back.
