bigot, n. Violent and unreasoning adherent of a creed or view. Someone who is narrow minded and intolerant.

Sound a bit like Brown.

Just been listening to what the Lady said to Gordon,as far as i am concerned she said what a vast majority of people in this Country are also thinking, me included which makes me a bigot

Just shows what politicians think of us.

I dont think this is a matter of which party you support, I just think that as the current Prime Minister of this country and possibly the next one his comments were a disgrace and he should have been aware that he was still wearing a mic its not as if it was the first time and he has enough people with him to remember to have removed it . I also agree she was just saying what a huge number of the people of this country say and think, which means I am also a bigot.

oh well been called worse

Hope I hav'nt upset anyone with MY comments !!!!!

Deanna Report 28 Apr 2010 16:04

Come on folks, do you all think that any of the people who want to be elected to our government REALLY care about us??
I have long since realised that they are in it for their own benefits....

There are a few things which they will do for us, to keep us quiet and compliant...... BUT, never think that they are in it for us!

If the mic. is off, all of them will be caught saying something offensive.

What we really have to do is REMEMBER.... and vote accordingly.

Good luck to us all.

Rita , my profoundest public apologies,

I do sincerely apologise for what I have just posted. You are not the Rita I thought you were as I have just checked your number. I was over sensitive to what I thought to be a sustained attack by one person to silence my opinions.

I have removed my posts and will not comment further on this thread.

Sorry.

Back to the topic

We bring our children up to vote so we teach them whats going on in this election ...but this very comment made by Brown has throw those who are voting for the first time...(my son!)
Yes we know the goverment dont give a *&$(£!"*^ but we still have to have a goverment which WE the people vote for

DONT WE???

hi yes ive caught up now with tonights news. well mr brown you have just put a nail in your own coffin through you own stupidity. when you are in the public eye and have contact and conversation surely to goodness you must think before you speak and even out sight doesnt mean you then say what you think.

everybody is entitled to think what they like about anything or anyone. saying out loud what we think needs careful consideration for fear of offending.
