Stray, on my laptop, i have to press the FN button at the same time as the PRT SC button...........

FN is bottom left hun, try that then go into word and paste it...............

Once you've mastered that, you can use it to copy images into a Paint programme and then crop. Best to google for the instructions then you've got it to hand.

Very useful when you are 'walking in the footsteps of your Ancestors'....or just being plain nosey lol......with Google maps.

Stray, go to edit and select paste from there.

If its greyed out, take the screenshot again, then paste.

Stray, nothing does happen when you press the key.

But it's taken the shot of the screen, you then have to paste it into word.

or just right click on your mouse is easiler or go to file and paste

Stray - press the Print screen key, then bring up your word document programme. Then to paste it into the word document,
press control and v at the same time, and that will copy into the document for you.
