I have looked at the 1871 census but cannot find any of these listed. I realise that if I could find them or even william at least hopefully it would show his mother's name. I do know that his father's mane was William as this is on the marriage cert. |

Have you found the family on the 1871 census to find out his mother's first name? It would then be easier to find the marriage of his parents. |

Is there any way in which I can find out the name of my grandfather's mother without sending for certificates. |
