Thanks Liz, Mary I hope you are doing what you have been told and resting, I know how hard it is to sit when you know things need doing, I am guilty of it myself. I always end up doing something to hurt myself because I'm not really up to doing it, we know you can do it but it will wait while you are better. You can get better faster by resting and taking it easy, after all you are supposed to be retired now so slow down missus and enjoy your time with feet up.

Mary says her hand is black and blue now so the bruise is coming out and hopefully everything is mending nicely. At least with the boot on she isn't driving so is resting like that, it's tiring and stressful driving in bad snow and there is plenty of that where Mary lives!

UPDATE 8TH MARCH

Just had a chat with Mary, the brace comes off her wrist on Tuesday and the stitches out so hope that goes well, she says the surgery area is still sore so maybe some scar tissue forming which isn't good but the movement in her thumb and two fingers is good so that's progress.
Unfortunately our poor Mary now has Shingles on her face and head!
Is there no end to this woman's bad luck?

Still quite a bit to go for the dogs and some other hiccups too but I think I managed to cheer Mary up for the few minutes we were chatting!

Positive thoughts for Tuesday, and hope gr get your membership sorted out soon as well.
