Same problem here - aggravativatingly, I can access other researchers' tree (that I have access to) but not my own ...

Darn, and right in the middle of online purchase of certificates and need to check some details!

When things break down like this, is there ANY way of 'jolting' the Genes Reunited team into action or, at least, a response?

They won't be hurried :(

In April, two people on here gave me access to their trees, which I looked at, at that time. On Sunday, I had a brainwave, well they were falling out on Chat, and I didn't want to be involved, so I thought I'sd see if the access was still going. I didn't get very far, just blank. I have just tried to get access again, and I now get the Sprouting/Nurturing what nots. But this is an improvement of sorts from Sunday. I hope it is sorted soon, before the tree owners stop me from having access

I'm haveing the same problems. I'm told it's sprouting shoots but nothing further happens. It's even like it with tiny trees, not just the giants.
I think they have got Vine Weevil in the roots. Alan.
