Lovely day here but am a bit sad as my neighbours decided to cut down their jasmine (which came over my wall and has flourished for about ten years) as it was weakening their wall. *sobs....just as well I took a few cuttings but now have a bare wall which is crying out for summat. My lodger arrived and wanted Halal cooking so I pointed him in the direction of the many restaurants in this area:-) lol Problem solved:-)

Daff and Mr Daff

just wanting to let you know that i think of you both often and hope you are doing well.

warm days here still but the mornings and the nights are getting cold, winter is on its way. am looking forward to lighting the fire for the first time this winter. our daylight savings ends this saturday night so back to normal on sunday.

we are hoping to get out in our boat on the weekend but that will depend on the weather. i am half hoping that it will be a rainy cold day so we can stay at home and be nice and cosy.
