Firstly, may I say a good morning to everyone, and how happy this board is this morning.
This thread is in no way meant to be contentious, it is just that I feel abit miffed, this morning.
On Friday, I put on a thread, warning everyone, that a certain nasty young man was lurking around the boards again, and to take care. On Saturday, the post had vanished, and I put up a thread to say this, though I did not accuse anyone of having it removed. Yesterday morning, that was removed by GR. In the afternoon I put up another thread saying this, and now that has been removed, despite only attracting two replies.
I am now banging my head against the wall, wondering, why me. In the two years I have been on here, and not on chat all that often,it is the first time it has ever happened. I had better stop there, or this will go the same way of the others.
Please all have a nice day. I'm off down the greenhouse for a couple of hours, and then a drive to Denby Pottery

To be honest I can understand why GR deleted the threads. Sorry.

I don't suppose GR take too kindly to people challenging their decision to remove threads either.

Shimms Pad was whooshed, What's it like to meet up with an adopted sibling my very first thread when I found my long-lost adopted sister. Childhood Memories, Depression, Nigel thread, so many, please don't take this personally, tis GR I am sure.

Are you potting on in your greenhouse, tis Spring such a lovely time and oh, am envious in a nice way though, of your visit to Denby Pottery, looking forward to hearing your visit.

Ray - what are you like, well it did make me laugh. Thanks to all who replied. Red Sqirrell and Kay, I take on board your wise words. It was just that it was my first time of being wooooooshed, and came as a bit of a shock. Perhaps I should have taken them off myself before closing down for the night
Shimms, I saw all the work that went into your thread, and was surprised it went.
Whirley - went to the pottery, but didn't buy any pots. Their stuff is not quite to my liking, I'm more of a bone China person myself. I've got one or two pieces of it, but only serving dishes from when they had a sale.
However, there is a lovely Cooking Emporium on the site that sells all sorts of kitchen paraphinalia, and where James Martin sometimes gives demos. in the kitchen. Bought two chopping knives,so that I will feel at home tonight when watching the wonderful Marco Pierre White

Honest it,s not worth fretting about your not the first and you certainly won't be the last but putting up threads about being deleted is a bit like head butting a wall made out of blancmange on here.

Newby - I take your point, but the first time it went, I did not accuse any one, just said it had gone. And, I have seen other people mention on here that their threads have gone also.

Julia for the past 2 years a rather spiteful person has decided to have the most popular or fun or threads that dont centre round them removed. If I was you I just wouldnt worry about it hun xxx
