I read that Jade had a bowel obstruction so was having surgery to help clear that, poor girl must have been in agony. They showed that row with the neighbour on tv the other day, it was awful, he was cleaning his car and they were shouting at each other, I suppose he was maybe moaning about the press hanging about or something. Surely it wouldn't hurt him to be pleasant or at least ignore everything at the mo, he must know she doesn't have long. I hope he had a wife indoors ready to give him what for when he went in!

There's a programme on ITV at 8 O Clock about her.

Frances in Norwich Report 9 Mar 2009 21:01

I really think it is time for us to let the poor girl end her days in peace without the circus that is following her at the moment.
I know some will say she has courted the media and that is true - but enough is enough. I for one feel uncomfortable about the whole process. Is she really in a fit state at the moment to make the decision of when and where she is pictured in the papers?
It is almost impossible not to read about her, but I feel for her family, especially her boys and what they will feel in the future when they can fully understand what is going on now.

I do not wish to offend, just saying what I feel.
I send my prayers and silent thoughts to them all.

Hi Frances.....Maybe its the only way that Jade can "go on"! Its like she has set goals for herself, the wedding then the christening! Maybe she feels that when the camera's stop rolling that's going to be it!! I havent been able to watch any of the programmes on Living or buy the magazines but it is what she has wanted to do and I respect her choice! If that makes it "easier" to handle whatshe is going through!
I personally don't think I could have done it but I applaud her for trying to secure the future of her children!!

I find it heartbreaking not just for Jade but for the countless other people who have been in her position! Doesnt seem right somehow

I don't think Max C. will let her do anything he doesn't feel she is sure of, but will advise her when the time is right to stop, maybe she feels she will be forgotten if she stops being in the news, and it helps her cope.

I just read somewhere that she is losing her sight and as she doesn't like the boys seeing her in the hospital she wants to be home with them before she cannot see them anymore. Apparently there is a care package being set up to help her through the pain at home, so she might go back there soon. I would hope she can spend some time at home with the children and people around her that she loves, and that she can have a peaceful end before things get too awful.

Seeing my friend last year go home for her final few days, when she could barely lift her head, speak or see I expect things will be the same for Jade. Liz had a quiet peaceful passing at the last, helped by the Macmillan and Marie Curie nurses who are wonderful people and know just what to do to help.
