South coast in west sussex and it has been raining all day.................and most of last night.

Our snow lasted for about 36 hours...............then melted in glorious sunshine last tuesday afternoon

no snow here on solway firth since 2nd just cold and sunshine and blue skies and has been for the last four days just abit frosty in mornings.

Well, its just wet here at the moment, but we have a "severe weather warning" for tonight!!
Flippin great aint it......not!!

Apparently I missed the snow we had yesterday but it didn't settle anyway. They had snow over in the Morpeth area last night, about an inch mum said (she's visiting her bro) but the rain was quickly clearing it this morning.

So all clear in Barrow but I can't speak for the rest of cumbria as we're often outside of the rest of the country when it comes to weather LOL

I just love all those kisses when I've been away for a while... XXXXX

Wet n foggy in South Shropshire, with that promise of a blizzard later on this evening and into the night....... Still got masses of snow at the moment.

I'm here in body... but the mind today is elsewhere...

Weather started out very cold and frozen roads, dil started out for school but had to turn back.
School shut and she was trapped in a little village between *here* and *there* there being Northampton.
Number one son walked down and did a bit of shopping for us, stayed and had a bite to eat and a search on the web.
By the time he left the weather had changed to a filthy drizzle and very cold.
Going to freeze tonight they say.
Stay warm and dry folks.

Devon is very hot & dry. Unfortunately, this 'Devon' is in Australia.

I'm not here and it's not still raining.. and dank and miserable and cold and dark and depressing..

A second sunny day here, still loads of snow but I can see GRASS in spots, it rained a bit so we found the front path and driveway yesterday evening. Still bitterly cold and windy, but the sun is shining. The cellar is sopping wet, dehumidifier and 2 sump pumps working overtime. As soon as I saw the bits of grass yesterday morning, I was Googling seed catalogues LOL.
Bring on spring.

Mine does too Puss............they are hardier than they're given credit for I think.

Scarlett loves ice too as well as snow.........she deliberately iceskids on the path.......I swear she's grinning from ear to ear as she does it !!!xx

nice to have an insight as to what the weather is up to, we are damp and above freezing, infact i have the windows open, its dusty when your packing, i dont really mind what it does just want it dry for sat wet shoes in and out will be a nite mare
muffy my poodle loves the snow, she jumps up trying to catch every flake, if specky goes to the shop i have to stand with her at the door so she can run to him lolxx

Cold and raining in Cardiff forecast is for heavy snow later, hope not hate the whits stuff
