So happy you had a nice day with your sisters on Saturday and that you were pampered a little. That would be nice after what you have just been through

Regarding the baby it amazes me how people leave their babies
unattended with any animal around. They may think the animal is fine and that they can be trusted but you should never take that chance and especailly with a small baby like that.
I feel for them that they have lost their baby but they have no one to blame but themselves.

I am one of the lucky ones and don't live close to a fire prone area. But when they do rage around Sydney we do get live embers in our yards and have to be vigilant.

I was in tears watching the news tonight, like everyone my heart breaks for those living this nightmare.

Have just been reading about a little boy and his dog missing, feared eaten by a croc in the floods, my heart goes out to you all, am sure the whole world is thinking of you all now.

Yes everyone in Oz are in shock and will be for a while. But we will rally together and help each other even if they are in another state. What with the bushfires in Vic and NSW and floods in Qld, it is a tough time for all.

As to the poor baby, I am with the rest of you . You DON"T leave a baby / children unattended, especially near animals & water.
The mind boggles.

It's not fair to the dogs either, I know they have killed the baby, it's not their fault they were left alone too, but equally they have been destroyed now and that's sad too.

Someone must pay for this, that poor child.

this is not the first time dog owners have acted irrisponsable
and I agree with you they should be jailed though they must be deverstated knowing they are responsible for their grandsons death

I know Jen, wasn't the baby on his own....where the hell was his parents and who in their right minds leaves a 3 month old baby alone, dogs or no dogs. They need putting in jail for this.

I have heard on the news a 3 month old baby boy had been killed by his grandmothers 2 dogs so sad for the baby and am crying but where is peoples sense having dogs around babys will they never learn

I have just seen the news about oz, It looks terrifying, the news said an arsonist is restarting fires! Sick is not the word that comes to mind!
