I just thought, (shock horror) I only went to have my BP taken this week, and the Doc asked had I had this cold? Luckily it wont come near me (touch wood)!

Hope everyone is well

Not in a Happy mood I'm afraid the heat is back with a vengeance.
Had two days of cooler weather and today it's worse than ever. Just saw on news it's going to be 40C tomorrow thats 104F in the old language.
Think I will sit in a cold bath all day tomorrow or stand in the shower with it running lol. Wish I still had my swimming pool. The sun was hot even early this morning when I watered the garden. I had the hose in one hand and an umbrella in the other keeping the sun off, I must have looked real stupid.

Oh well can't do a lot about it. Just have to grin and bear it

Keith just a question to you regarding smoking. Have you tried a new tablet that came out in UK last year called CHAMPIX. They are prescription only and you have to get them through your Doctor naturally.
I don't tell people to stop smoking as I personally know how hard it is. When you feel ready you will do something about it. When I decided to stop last year I went on CHAMPIX and they worked for me.
You still smoke for up to two weeks once you go on them and then you have to set a date where you want to Stop. I had already tried Zyban but they had a lot of side effects with me. CHAMPIX does have a couple of side effects with some people but I was fine on them.
Anyway just thought I would let you know about them
