Gosh, I work for them and I didn't know about this!

I had quite a job finding it, I asked my local council if they had an evacuation/emergency procedure, this led me (eventally) to Hampshire county council and then to this.

I don't think this "the sky is falling" rushing around thing, it actually makes sense to have an idea of what to take with you if you had to leave your home

Oh yea of little Faith, The water is for drinking ( Some times) but the Malt is for a multiple purpose,1,Is obviously to drink.2.it is also a very good steriliser for wounds etc.3.its also pretty good if you have to "Cauterise" a deep wound,i/e pour it on knife set fire to it pour more on wound then press hot knife on to it,it bloody hurts but it works,as for my sleeping bag, Its a Triple one so three can get in it,body heat keeps you lovely and warm( including Bums) usually you get in naked for maximum effect and of course Heat. Lastly you can,t nick it because its all Magic and I,m the only one with the right wand to make thigs appear and disappear.**M**.pmsl

OMG Merlin, you gonna cut us with a knife, sterilise it with whiskey, then drink it and keep our bum warm

Nope you have to do more than that to get in this sleeping bag, remember i got it and i have it to myself, plenty of room but it comes at a cost
