Also the tafetta petticoats which made your skirt or dress stand out.
I also remember the plastic jelly shoes/sandals I'm sure were bought from Woollies. The 3 of us had a different colour pair so we wouldn't get them mixed up.

Yes remember the dreaded navy knickers with the pocket for a hanky. who'd want to have to fish under a skirt for a hanky?

Also remember the horrible liberty bodice.

Long socks with garters to keep them up!
