Thank goodness for that Pauline I thought it would be me only .
I had a call a few minutes ago from my Dcotors surgery and was told they had changed my blood pressure appointment from 1 15 today till 4th December I said I am not worried she asked me why I said it was the Doctor who phoned me and told me I had to have it done becasue he had changed my tabets she said hang on a momment she came back and said could you come over at 5.30 the nurse will do it for you.
I hate going out at night I have to pass lines of trees it only takes about 5 minutes to walk there .
I also had a man from Devon Family History phone me I told you how I had found my Great Uncle Walter and he said he had read it and had been looking for Absalom and found two but they were the same one we all found the one from Kent when you all looked for me. but I thought that was very kind of him he said dont give up hope ,
The weather here is clearer now but the skys dont look to promising .
my friend is off to buy us fish and chips today she goes every month. so I dont have any cooking to do just eat and enjoy.

Hows you all ?

I have been looking at your weather back home on the net and gosh its bad,
So feel quite guilty being away from it all,in this sunny climate.

My son moves house today and I see its not raining in Devon today thank god nothing worse than moving house in the rain .


The Christmas Decs are going up all over the houses around me and boy don't they do it BIG TIME.......the whole drive way next door is lit up no need for street lights !!
It looks good but the cost of electricity must be enormous .
We got Thanking on Wednesday,it don't mean much to us but we will participate with friends next door to a meal.
Funny they mix fruit & buns with there main meal.
They think its funny that we have our soup for starters then main meal then pudding....then we eat with our knife AND fork , they only CUT food with their knife then eat ONLY with a fork !

So if you are in a restaurant to pick out an English person watch how they eat their meal with (Knife & fork)....

Well I am about to have a shower as I an Hot and I have all the windows opened .....be back later xx

Got one big Christmas present this morning and a couple of smaller bits.

I have just been for my walk on the beach....had to have a shower to refresh myself again .
Don't know how much I weigh.....going to wait until I get back to UK only the doctor knows as I never weigh myself !!
