Mine used to say Standard Member at the top of the page but it doesn't say that now.

Mine is due to be renewed at the end of this month I think but I've got it on continual (or something like that), so they just take it out of my bank.

Edit: Just had a look and my membership runs out 3rd November but it should be paid automatically.

Top right hand of screen it says Standard member then next to it it says Upgrade to Gold...just click on it ...

That isn't on mine any more Marilyn, don't know where it's gone.

mine did not renew on it own as i say some peeps did moan about gr renewing them to gold when thay did nod ask to be so i then change mine so thay would have to ask my to renew thats why i could not post the other week

Shelly, I've looked in my account and it's not there either.

I think they may be trying to con me.

I wonder if I should change it so they have to ask me to renew.

At the top of the page where it used to say Standard Member it now says Renew Now.

I just clicked on Renew Now and it's given me the choice of Standard or Gold.

It's not due for 4 weeks yet.

Don't know if it's best to renew now or wait to see what they do.

I have sent them an email telling t
I could not answer them I didnt ask to go to Gold. the top of the right hand page says Rita Standard Member underlined upgrade to gold. so I persume this is what they mean when I renewed last month the same time as Shelly and Mo they emailed me confirmation with a memberhip number and this morning I got an email which gave me a new number for membership and said thank you for up grading with Gold I never did up grade they take it out of my account. so I sent an email telling them this so I dont know what they are playing at ? I could not reply to their email as there was no reply at the bottom so I have to sit and wait now and see what happens.

Rita, had they already taken the £9.95 out of your account before you got the email saying they'd upgraded you to Gold?

I have not checked my bank account Pauline but they sent me a receipt for the money on 9th Ocober so they must have done. I dont bank on line i go personally to my bank. and it said Standard member after I recieved the receipt before it told me my dues were due, and I clicked onto the account and confirmed it. the funny thing is I found this email on the measage board today but the rececipt I got was dated the 25th spetmber. I had renewed with the Standard Membership. so I dont know what they have done. I am very concerned about and dont know whart else I can do.


I sert them an email about 1 oclock and told then I didnt ask to be upgraded and didnt want upgrade to Gold would the please correct it. but I am not sure if they will take any notice have hade to now sit and hope they get the rmail I sent it to Genes reunited from my list I dont know what I am going to do if they dont reply. or tell me it was too late they had already done it.

Just wait and see what the reply is from GR.

You might have been rewarded with Gold !! for nothing !!

rita have you tryed looking at the records to see if you can see them
maybe thay are only telling you about the Gold Membership special offer
