Morning everyone
Was bright when I got up for the dustmen, but now it is clouding over. Please can we have a little sunshine today.

Only one little one today.
My husbands last day at work later, then he is off for 2 weeks.
Friend coming for tea and a chat this morning.
Then a haircut late afternoon, just to tidy me up !!!!

So a busy day, and I'd like to get out in the greenhouse while there is some light left.

Thanks Linda I am so fed up with it all this month. I have never had a month like it with all these appointment and I have still go two I have to phone up about. never mind,

I had an email this morning from someone who asked what relation I was to her in the family tree it turns out it was through a hot match and she is it seems my cousins daughter I have not seen him for over 30 years. so I am waiting for a reply now to see what happenes. I only added my Aunties name last week to my tree. and I am still adding names of the spouses of the family.

I hope you hear from the hot matches. I emailed three people last week about the family tree and they seem to match my one but they have not answered so either GR made a mistake or they are not interested.

I just went and took my perscription to the doctors for r enewal and the wind took my breath away I could hardly speak when I got there.

I feel like having a good cry nothing is going right no wonder people are getting more and more depressed.

I sent off for some marriage certificates for my mothers sister and three brothers and some for my fathers brothers. I got three back no trouble all ok then this morning I got one returned because it said I had written GRO on the cheque and not IPS . three of the certificates I got from them no trouble this,one I have to send another cheque off so I expect all the others are going to be the same no certificate.
It says you need to do this when sent from abroad well I am sending it from Surrey Dads brother was english born in London married in London as was his wife so why the hell they are doing this I dont know. I tried phoing and was told due to a fault they were disconnecting. then I emailed and I got an altermatic reply nothing was being done with my email so I am stuck now. what a way to run a records office.

I cant do anything about it now as I am waiting for my new cheque book to arrive.

I could ring their necks at that place.

Poor Rita, its not your week is it !,

I pay for mine on line..at WWW.gro.gov.uk, you have to register first and its so easy after that, but you have to have a Debit Or Credit Card.
The other way to do it is by Telephone GRO at 44 (0) 845 603 7788 but again you need your Debit or Credit Card.

Try that next time I have no trouble doing it that way.

Rita you have so much going on at the moment its no wonder you feel like crying....I would too ..!!!

Now you have the phone number give them a ring and tell them you are not a happy .

Try and take a day at a time....these ancestors have been dead a long time,

Hi all, I've been busy today.

I worked in the garden this morning and worked on my tree this afternoon, got loads done.

I've got square eyes now and a stiff bum.

Rita, no wonder you're annoyed, I would be as well.
I wonder how long Surry has been considered as not part of this country.
Will we need a passport if we want to visit you?

Pauline if you go on CHAT you will see that Uggers has a chat on and it appears there have been a lot of umnpleasantness which appears to include having a go at Shimms I dont know what it is about as I have not read all of it. there is also a bit from Slyvia as well it looks like it has blown up out all all potions now.
